| Our core training develops communication skills for customer centered sales. Participants enhance their client communications documenting listening with interactive visuals and user-friendly assessment tools.
Our triad model links communication with the customer, product/service and sales effectiveness. Each focus area contains three modules to complete a flexible whole brain selling approach. Every module includes visual tools and interactive activities to anchor learnings to on-the-job effectiveness. Each module is available on its own or linked to any other. This flexibility allows each sales organization to select their own curriculum. Customer Focus Put the customer in the picture with the use of engaging and memorable visuals. Interactive mapping with clients establishes relationships and demonstrates intentional listening. Each phase of a sale is supported and enhanced with effective visual tools including environmental landscapes, pocket diagrams, and mindmaps. Participants learn to use visual funnels to involve the customer in holistic investigation of need. Mindmap templates support the exchange of information to proactively handle concerns, close and contract for ongoing success. The lively graphic depiction of issues helps clients make decisions, get an overview and create a memorable record of the sales interaction. To ensure relevance and immediate application, participants practice with material from their own customer situations. Instruments and tools developed are appropriate to unique environment of each industry, customer and company/product /service. Journaling techniques record successes and enhance resilience and the ability to push through setbacks. Mental models, key reinforcers, and language strengthen the impact of positive attitude on sales performance . Enthusiasm and passion is ignited by identifying and illustrating personal metaphors for success. Tools bridge linear and holistic thinking to prepare for and track total performance capability. Individual sales effectiveness modules include: Ready for Action: Preparation/discipline Bounce Back: Resilience/Attitude Igniting Sales Passion. Product/Service Focus: Organizational sales effectiveness requires tracking, goal setting, sharing knowledge and improving team performance. Team communication takes on new dimensions with graphic mapping tools to align personal and organizational goals. Team charts become colorful touchstones for stimulating performance measurement. Forecasting comes to life with interactive radar charts that inspire participation and achievement. Team members learn communication tools and skills for sharing best practices and achieving ongoing outstanding performance. Information management is streamlined with structured visual processes for sharing information about products.
