OUR TEAM: Hands•On Graphics has been providing innovative visual solutions since 1989. We currently deliver trainings, facilitate meetings, coach, consult and design products and tools to support fast, effective communication. Our work has evolved with the changing needs of the business community we serve. The staff of Hands•On Graphics, Inc. enjoys sharing quick, simple and practical communication tools for diverse content and contexts. Milly R. Sonneman

Milly is founder and president of Hands•On Graphics, Inc. Her background has consistently synthesized creative expression with business. As a professional modern dancer with a degree in dance at the University of Washington, she specialized in improvisational performances. Visual and design expressions included production manager of a weekly newspaper and founding an international jewelry design business.

Author and illustrator of Beyond Words, A guide to drawing out ideas, she describes and sets the standard for innovative graphic language practice. She shares creative insights in making ideas come to life in illustrations, maps and interactive formats. She designed the Hands•On Graphics approach for training groups in using visual thinking.

Thomas Sechehaye

Thomas is a highly skilled facilitator, coach and trainer with extensive background in group process, visual language theory and application. Trained at the Academy of Art-Munich, he created his unique approach to teaching visual language and the art of facilitation. His arts background includes set design for the Munich Opera, product design and founding/managing a successful decorative interiors company.

He has facilitated large group innovation sessions in community living projects, growth groups and corporate settings. Working with individuals and groups up to four hundred people, Thomas shares an impeccable sense of timing and skillful facilitation. His fine art background together with his understanding of systems thinking has resulted in multi-faceted innovation.

Thomas is a patient and insightful coach, combining humor with on-the spot learning. He provides clear coaching, guiding participants to holistic solutions to complex issues. He has designed the Hands•On Graphics training approach for interactive facilitation and coaching.

Rhonda Askeland

Rhonda brings optimistic enthusiasm to every training, coaching and facilitation session she runs. Drawing on twenty years in business and sales, her real time experience puts practicality and client-centered solutions at the forefront.

Her depth experience in sales includes being a star sales performer and a national and regional sales manager for a training organization. Her skill and expertise in product and service sales has shaped the core of Sell It!, ensuring a results orientation. With over 15 years in organizational training and management development, she has coached executives and teams, facilitating real time solutions and methods for implementation.

Gert Hormes

Gert's "technology in action" consulting skills clarify goals for web site utilization and design. He is a master at all technological aspects to bring your website from concept to reality. His background includes setting up web sites which graphically communicate the products and services of our clients.
